If you read it carefully it says NewsCorp was willing to make an offer to Yahoo to sell MySpace for $10B in exchange for a 25% stake in the company. If that is somewhat true that certainly has to increase the value of Facebook. If MySpace is sold for $10B, Facebook could easily fetch $5B...
